Document Files

 These are Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files. To view or print, you need Adobe Reader installed on your computer. Click here to install Adobe Reader.

Having Trouble Opening These Forms?: If you click on one of these links and get a message that starts with "Please wait...", then your web browser is probably using a built-in PDF viewer, rather than using Acrobat Reader. In that case, upgrading to the latest version of Acrobat Reader will not fix the problem. Instead, do this:

  1. Right-click on the link and select "Save link as..." to download the form to your local drive.
  2. Use Acrobat Reader to open the downloaded file from your local drive.

 These files are Microsoft Word files. If you do not have Word, click here to download WordViewer, which will allow you to view these files

 These files are Microsoft Excel files. If you do not have Excel, click here to download ExcelViewer, which will allow you to view these files.

 These files are DGN (design) CAD file formats used by Bentley's Systems' MicroStation CAD programs. If you do not have MicroStation, download Bentley View for a DGN viewer.

Media Files

  • To view WMV (Windows Media Video) files, you need Windows Media Player installed. Click here to download a copy.
  • Some WMV files were captured using GoToMeeting and require the GoToMeeting codec. The GoToMeeting codec allows you to watch recorded meetings using Windows Media Player. Click here to download the codec.
  • To watch MP4 video files, you need QuickTime Player installed. Click here to download QuickTime Player.
