The IL UCP has issued an updated reevaluation letter including a submission date of January 31, 2026. For firms that HAVE NOT SUBMITTED their Personal Narrative (PN) and Personal Net Worth Statement (PNW), please fill out the intent questionnaire (last page of the letter) and submit it to your certifying agency as soon as possible. If your firm has already submitted the required documentation (PN & PNW), there is no need to submit the intent questionnaire form.
