Overall DBE Goal-Setting Methodology

In accordance with 49 Code of Federal Regulations 26.45, the Illinois Department of Transportation has submitted its triennial Overall DBE Goal-Setting Methodology to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).  The approved document calls for an overall DBE goal of 15.30 percent for federal fiscal years 2023-2025.  IDOT expects to meet all of this goal through race-conscious means.

The Overall DBE Goal-Setting Methodology Report is included for public inspection below and public comments are welcome.
