Harper College will no longer offer Motorcycle Safety classes at all northern region training sites as of June 30. We at IDOT are actively engaged in securing a new training center for Northern Illinois. Once a new regional center is designated, classes will resume in Northern Illinois. If you are looking for training classes, please visit the websites for our central and southern training areas as they may have available training courses.

Licensing
A valid motorcycle license is required to take the ARC. Completion of the ARC does not waive the test requirements for obtaining a motorcycle license through the Secretary of State. The ARC completion card may be used for insurance discounts, check with your insurance provider for additional details.
