Open house for Rebuild Interstate 39 set for April 4

Rebuild I-39 is a $247.6 million, multiyear reconstruction project between the Harrison Avenue interchange and Blackhawk Road. Work began in 2023 with the reconstruction of the I-39/U.S. 20 interchange, which will be completed at the end of the year. Work will begin this spring to convert the Harrison Avenue interchange from a cloverleaf to a diverging diamond interchange, which is scheduled to be completed by the end 2026.
