Road, Bridge and Other Related Laws of Illinois
Hard copies are only available to public officials. If you represent a state or local agency, university, county, city, village, etc. you may order a limited number of complimentary hard copies by completing a Public Officials Manual Order Form (BoBS 3900P).
Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction
If you represent a state or local agency, university, county, city, village, etc. you may order a limited number of complimentary hard copies by completing a Public Officials Manual Order Form (BoBS 3900P).
If you require a recent version of the Standard Specifications or Supplemental Specifications, please visit the department’s Policies and Publications Center to download manuals free of charge or visit the Illinois ePay site, Create an Account, then click on Make a one-time payment to place an order for hard copies.
Note: When ordering the 2016 Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, you will also receive the 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 supplementals.
When ordering the 2022 Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, you will also receive the current (2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025) supplementals and will automatically be shipped future supplementals for the 2022 book when they become available.
