  • Diesel Emission Inspection Program (92 Ill. Adm. Code 460)
    This rule is being amended to account for the new portable diesel emissions legislation that took effect on January 1, 2022. The Department is also proposing other changes to bring the rule current.

    Illinois Register publication date: November 3, 2023; Comments will be accepted through April 30, 2024. Comments may be submitted to DOT.AdminRules@Illinois.gov.
