Technology Transfer Training
The Technology Transfer Training Program offers local agencies technical and non-technical training. The seminars and classes are tuition free. A variety of subjects are offered at training sites around the state in an effort to bring the training closer to local agency personnel. Classes and seminars present information on various aspects of highway design, construction, maintenance, work zone safety and general safety. Flagger Training
Flaggers are the most important members of your construction or maintenance crew. In order to protect your work zones, every flagger is required to know proper flagging procedures and use the appropriate equipment. Chapter 6E of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control (MUTCD) contains all of the flagger requirements and recommendations.
Learning Management System
Access IDOT's Learning Management System (LMS) to view the course catalog, enroll in training courses, review completed courses, and manage course completion certificates. The LMS Getting Started Guide provides details on creating a new account and navigating the LMS areas.
