Details

We are currently in the early stages of Phase I, with the project team collecting data and beginning their initial evaluation and analysis. The project team will analyze the existing bridges, road and ramps within the project limits to determine the appropriate repairs. Initial work will include preliminary design and construction cost estimates. New bridge deck surfaces, road safety improvements, and drainage improvements will be analyzed in the Phase I study. A plan for staging and work zone traffic control will be investigated.

Project Goals

  • Rehabilitate aging infrastructure including 7 BRIDGES and highway PAVEMENT.
  • Extend the service life of another 22 bridges and portions of the highway.
  • Make safety and operations improvements.
