Transportation Partners

Our website content has been organized to better meet the information needs of our transportation partners. The information below will help familiarize you with the new site as you look for your information.

The primary navigation bar (blue ribbon) showcases all website information and has been categorized into four pillars: About IDOT, Transportation System, Doing Business and Travel Information.  

To quickly view what topics are covered in each of the four pillars, please use the drop-down menu, which appears when you hover over the appropriate section of the primary navigation bar.

The secondary navigation bar (orange ribbon) showcases an A-Z Index of all webpages contained throughout the website by pillar, a FAQ to help users quickly find answers to popular questions, as well as an Employment page that presents IDOT employment opportunities across the state.  This bar includes a link to IDOT Resources such as forms, manuals and guides, maps, and other materials. There are Contact and Help links as well, designed to provide visitors with added guidance while navigating the site or looking for information.

The search function can be used to look for specific information tailored to your needs.
