Fall Planning Conference - 2026

Join us for the Illinois Department of Transportation's Fall Planning Conference, taking place from September 2-4, 2026, at the Bone Student Center located on the Illinois State University campus in Normal, IL.

This three-day event is a key conference for transportation professionals across the state. It's a unique opportunity to engage with program administrators, transportation professionals and planning experts. The conference agenda features breakout sessions, presentations, and panel discussions. Topics will cover important statewide transportation plans, Freight, Resiliency, Transit, Highways, Research and much more. Additionally, there will be insights into various multimodal projects and programs shaping Illinois' transportation landscape.
