Fall Planning Conference

The 40th Annual Illinois Department of Transportation Fall Planning Conference is set for October 22-24, 2025, at the Vibrant Arena in Moline, IL. This three-day event was a key gathering for transportation professionals across the state. This unique opportunity to engage with program administrators, transportation professionals and planning experts. The conference agenda features breakout sessions, presentations, and panel discussions led by peers. Topics cover updates on important statewide transportation plans such as the Long-Range Transportation Plan, Active Transportation Plan, and Public Transportation Plan. Additionally, there was insights into various multimodal projects and programs shaping Illinois' transportation landscape.
