News Releases
IDOT's news releases provide proactive, updated, and timely news on transportation projects, programs, economic development, and other related information on the department's initiatives and efforts for reporters, journalists, interest groups, public officials, and general public.
These releases are organized into three groups:
- Current News Releases provide information on IDOT initiatives or efforts that are underway or recently announced.
- Current Construction Releases provide construction related news for each district.
