Land Acquisition Services
Land acquisition is often required to complete IDOT's Multi-Year Multi-Modal Transportation Improvement Program. To accomplish the program, the department may enter into contracts for the purpose of obtaining land acquisition services such as appraisal reports, review appraisal, certification reports, negotiation, relocation and property management services, as well as title insurance services.
