IDOT's Central Bureau of Land Acquisition (CBLA) subscription service is for consultants, local agencies and other DOTs. When updates or changes are made to the Land Acquisition Policies and Procedures Manual (LAPPM) or or when a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitiation for Bid (IFB) is posted, the subscription service may be used to notify users. The service is an open list; therefore end users need to register in order to receive information electronically.
