DBE Compliance
DBE Compliance is ensured by IDOT's Contract Compliance Officers. Compliance is ensured in three main areas of transportation related projects: DBE goal credit, labor and EEO reviews and DBE monitoring. Compliance Officers supervise the review of contractor operations, payroll, wage compliance, perform periodic project on-site inspections as well as review and approve contract documentation as needed. They also participate in compliance reviews with state and federal compliance officers, complaint investigations, attend pre-construction conferences, and conduct project pre-bid meetings to inform contractors of EEO and Labor Compliance.
Statewide Contract Compliance Officers can be contacted at the information provided here.
