Illinois 92 from Illinois 84 in East Moline to 48th Street in Moline

The Illinois Department of Transportation is currently conducting a preliminary engineering and environmental study (Phase I) to improve Illinois 92 in the cities of Moline and East Moline in Rock Island County.

This roadway improvement project includes proposed improvements to a 2.5-mile corridor on Illinois 92 from Illinois 84 (19th Street) in the city of East Moline to 48th Street in the city of Moline. Proposed improvements include intersection reconfigurations, bicycle and pedestrian accommodations, and drainage improvements.
