Public Information Meeting
The Illinois Department of Transportation held a virtual public meeting at 4 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 6, to discuss the preliminary engineering and environmental study for the improvement of approximately 2.05 miles of Illinois 2 / Illinois 75 (Blackhawk Boulevard) in South Beloit. Project limits extend from Prairie Hill Road to the Wisconsin state line.
