The mission of the Interagency Council on Bikeways (ICB) is to identify active transportation issues, support the development of our Statewide Active Transportation Plan and ensure proper implementation of the Complete Streets Policy.
With a primary focus on bicycle paths and the statewide bikeways network, the Council utilizes the strengths and expertise of its interdisciplinary team to make informed recommendations on partnership opportunities, policy, funding, legislation and gaining the support of partners.
